AnnHyb - Known bugs

1) Under Windows 2000, the popup menu for the sequence window do not work with the right mouse button but only with "SHIFT + F10" key
this bug is due to an error in the RX Library

2) There is a problem with the decimal separator in the Workspace file (RSF). When windows is set to use the comma (,) as decimal separator a problem may occur when you try to re-open your RSF file.
to solve this problem, replace all comma (,) with dot (.) in the workspace file (RSF).

3) File with more than one sequences in EMBL or GenBank format are not displayed correctly but only the last sequence is displayed

4) Overlapping found oligo and features are not correctly highlighted. All the overlapping sequence is highlighted in orange

5) The oligonucleotide color box is editable by the user: the user can modify the name of the selected color.

6) The colors of found oligonucleotides in multi-alignments are not always correctly displayed

7) High screen resolution in combination with large font (see Desktop properties) can affect the display of various windows
