The "Quick search oligo" function find and highlight oligonucleotide's sequence in sequences Attention! This function do not handle gaps in oligonucleotides's sequences
1) Select the oligo do you want to find in sequences in the tree view
2) Select a color for the oligo with the color box (by setting Black color, oligo will not be searched in sequences)
3) Click Oligo / Quick search oligo in sequences
4) Select sequences in the Select sequences window
5) The results are shown in the Search results list view
Click check boxes to activate the sequence highlighting function
