Support openbabel-2

It would be useful for libghemical to support the latest openbabel release. Openbabel isn't easily slottable (i.e., installing 1.x and 2.x at the same time). Having apps like the latest xdrawchem, which depends on openbabel-2, and ghemical on the same system is currently quite difficult.

The Ghemical VERSION_2 branch, which should be released fairly soon depends on OpenBabel 2 (and GTK2).
