[ADaCGH] Common regios of loss and gain

Could provide some way of identifying common regios of gains and losses across samples. Code is available in BioC (cghMCR), so should not be hard

Basic functionality implemented (2006-10-06). Need to add:

    - indicate if the common region is loss or gain
    - give the "coordinates" (mcr start and end) in a way that can be mapped to the figure and the text output, or add those mcr coordinates (the ranks in CBS) to the text output file.
