    Assigned to:
    unset
    Category:
    Clustering
    Priority:
    5
    Ticket group:
    Critical
    Resolution:
    Resolved
    Summary:
    MCD-hit segmentation fault
    Original submission:
When running MCD-hit I get a segmentation fault at the end of the analysis while "writing new database".

CD-hit works fine, but according to the documentation MCD-hit is more applicable to my needs.

I'm running the programs on a Dual 2.7Ghz PowerPC G5 Mac with 8Gb DEDR SDRAM under OS X 10.4.9
