    To verify how the thing that nodes are associated to Cytoscape insetad of a view affects the system. Now it makes queries weird after a map. 01/24/08 19:47 sergentpepper
    When mapping attrbitues to nodes, these attrinutes spread to all the graphs visualized in Cytoscape. If for example in te same session a graph represent a visual query and this query is used to populate a second graph, the original labels for the graph query nodes and edges are restored.
    This is not the intened behaviour.
