Human Prostrate Cancer Hallmarks Map
Components- It provides information related to the intrinsic components of the adaptor protein centric molecular interactome in human prostate cancer. Additionally it also reveals information for the functional role of each and individual protein in prostate cancer, which can be accessed by clicking on individual protein name.
Molecular Connectivity Map- It represents reconstructed interactome network based on literature curation associated with the corresponding hallmark events or cell biological features related to human prostate cancer.
Oncogenic Signaling Pathway Map- It represents oncogenic signaling pathway map extracted from literature mined information associated with the corresponding hallmark events or cell biological features related to human prostate cancer. Pathway direction is given according to the textually curated information [Please go to the Reference].
Oncogenic Functional Connectivity Map (Pathway Based)- It represents various functional modules and subnetworks associated with the corresponding hallmark events or cell biological features extracted from textually curated information. These modules have been derived by using Cytoscape plug in and represented in Pajek based visualization platform. For pathway based information, we have incorporated data from various sources, ranging from literature mined information to pathway databases, including KEGG, Pathway Common, Nature Pathway Database and Panther Pathway Database through both manual curation and by using WEB-based GEne SeT AnaLysis Toolkit. Inter Hallmark Functional Connectivity Map- It depicts common functional module associated with two corresponding hallmark event related to human prostate cancer. These modules have been derived by using Cytoscape plug in and represented in Pajek based visualization platform.
Inter Cell Biological Feature based Functional Connectivity Map- It depicts common functional module associated with two corresponding cell biological events related to human prostate cancer. These modules have been derived by using Cytoscape plug in and represented in Pajek based visualization platform.
Cell Biological Features- It depicts various cell biological events associated with human prostate tumorigenesis and progression.
Search- Keyword search can be initiated by entering either protein name (e.g. SHC1 etc) or phrase associated with cancer hallmark or cell biological events (e.g. Metastasis etc).
