DINUCLEOTIDES

Dinucleotide is ATOM with a unique chain name:

    3rtj: ApG (RNA√ ATOM√)
    3ud4: GpA (RNA√ ATOM√)
    3ucz: GpG (RNA√ ATOM√)
    6rcn: pDApDA (DNA√ ATOM√)
    6mdx: pDCpDC (DNA√ ATOM√)
    6j7y: pDTpDT (DNA√ ATOM√)
6raz: GpC chain Y (DNA! should be DGpDC; Jmol recognizes it as DNA)

Dinucleotide is HETATM with a unique chain name:

    6kdi: 64Tp5TY (non-standard DNA√; HETATM√)

Dinucleotide is HETATM with the same chain name as the protein chain to which it is bound:

    4dw7: UpC (RNA√ both HETATM√)
    3bbb: DApDG (DNA√ HETATM√)
    5xsp: pApA (RNA√ HETATM√)

Dinucleotide is composed of one ATOM plus one HETATM monomer, and has a unique chain ID:

    6e0o: pppApA (ATPpA)
    6oy5: pppGpG (GTPpG) (RNA√) chain I.

The tri and tetra nucleotides were found by chain length searching.

TRINUCLEOTIDES

6rt4 6rt4 has one complete trinuc and a second trinuc with all but the phosphate missing in the 2nd
and the 3rd completely missing.
