Software: zRMicroArray: Gene expression analysis software
Submitted by Zlatomir Zlatev; posted on Tuesday, July 09, 2013

Three years ago I wrote some gene expression analysis software as a part of my master's degree thesis at University of Sofia "St. Kliment Ohridski". The software is successfully used in some US university labs, and it's free for non-commercial use.

Since I graduated, I added some additional useful functionalities based on the feedback from the real world users, but it's currently only able to analyze single color cDNA and miRNA microarrays.

In the iframed .pdf file on the same web page you can see a comparative evaluation of zRMicroArray vs. GeneSifter and GeneSpring (page 66).

There are English translations of the software and part of the documentation, but most of the documentation is in Bulgarian language only.

    AVAILABILITY

You can download the software for free. I'll be happy if you find the software useful: http://changetheworldwork.com/софтуер-за-анализ-на-генна-експресия/
