    REQUIREMENTS

    Technical capability expected:
    • Expert knowledge of Java, Groovy, and/or Python
    • Education and experience in a quantitative field (for example, statistical or molecular genetics, computer science, or bioinformatics)
    • Strong discipline when it comes to writing code that does important things
    • Exposure to (or enthusiasm for learning) high-performance and cloud computing technologies
    • Experience accessing and analyzing terabyte-scale data using SQL and NoSQL
    • Demonstrable logical and analytical thinking
    • Solid communications skills – both written and oral
