    Technical capability expected:
    • Build a collaborative working relationship with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the business
    • Ingrained SDLC/Agile methodology to approach problem-solving
    • Convert complex requirements to professed functional specifications, workflow charts and diagrams
    • Strong command on QA procedures and UAT concepts
    • Education and experience in a qualitative field that requires critical thinking skills (for example, biology, computers or other science/liberal arts degree)
    • Minimum of 5 years of IT experience with 2-3 years as a Business System Analyst/Business Support Specialist
    • Demonstrable logical and analytical thinking
    • Fluent in the use of relevant technology and comfortable explaining technical issues to users
    • Exceptional collaboration and customer service skills
