    CocoaNexus framework released

    Nexus is one of the most commonly used file formats in biology, taxonomy, phylogenetics and bioinformatics. However, no open-source framework exists for managing Nexus files. The CocoaNexus framework provides this functionality and enables other programmers to add Nexus support to their existing or new bioinformatics solutions without writing one line of code. Additionally, the framework is also able to generate Clustal, Fasta, GDE, Phylip and PIR files.

    CocoaNexus is free and licensed under the GNU GPL. Contributions and feedback are appreciated! More information is available at:
