zEST: New transcriptome database from EST assembly
Submitted by Hubert Wassner; posted on Sunday, December 07, 2003

All publicly available EST & mRNA sequences (from EMBL database) have been processed with "zEST", a new software suite leading to transcriptome assembly.

    Downloadable samples here:
    bioinformatics.org/zEST

    List of available organism transcriptomes:
    • Apis mellifera (honey bee)
    • Takifugu rubripes (fugu fish)
    • Schistosoma mansoni (bilharziose worm)
    • Anopheles gambiae (paludism mosquito)
    Coming soon:
    • Oryza sativa (rice)
Feed-back or vote for the next organism transcriptome to be assembled:
