    Education: Genome Canada's Applied Computational Genomics Course (ACGC), April '07

    Join the ACGC for one of two weeks:

    LOCALE: McGill University in Montreal, Quebec
    DATES: April 13-19, 2007

    LOCALE: University of Alberta in Edmonton, Alberta
    DATES: July 25-31, 2007

    The Genome Canada Bioinformatics Platform designed the Applied Computational Genomics Course (ACGC) to empower bioinformatics researchers and students by teaching a hands-on course that outlines tried-and-proven approaches as well as new developments. The project is supported by Genome Alberta and Genome Canada, a not-for-profit organization which is leading Canada's national strategy on genomics with $600 million in funding from the federal government.
