Submitted by Alexey Nikitin; posted on Wednesday, October 14, 2009 (1 comment)

I'm pleased to announce the Linux release of Ascalaph Graphics 1.4.4. Ascalaph Graphics is a software application for molecular dynamics, which can be used to simulate proteins and DNA in explicit water models on personal computers and clusters. Starting from the version 1.4.4, it available on Linux.

All programs in the Ascalaph series are distributed under the GNU GPL. Versions denoted as "free" are fully functional.
