    BACKGROUND

    OMNITEC Solutions, Inc. (https://www.omnitecinc.com) has an employment opportunity available for an Oracle Database Engineer to join our team leading the National Database for Autism Research. We are leading the effort to make all autism research available through a single portal at the National Institutes of Health (NIH). See http://ndar.nih.gov for more information.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    We are seeking an individual to help lead the autism bioinformatics community by making rich research data easily available to scientists seeking to gain a bettering understand of autism.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • 5+ years experience as an Oracle database engineer supporting complex data is required.

    PREFERENCES

    • A four year degree is preferred, as is experience developing web services on a Linux/Apache platform.

    LOCALE

    This position is located in Rockville, MD.
