Primary responsibility will be to lead outcomes research activities/studies in support of Neuroscience compounds in the areas of major depressive disorder, neuropathic pain, and migraine. Develop and execute innovative and aligned health outcomes plans to support optimal development, commercialization and access for in line and marketed products in the relevant therapeutic area. Build very strong internal and external relationships within BMS and with the external academic community to enhance the quality and value of the health outcomes plans and deliverables.

* Prior scientific leadership experience with completed health services research studies
* Strong knowledge of the research methods applicable to health economics and outcomes research
* Experience in building relationships across several functions including market access, commercial, clinical research, regulatory sciences and across different geographies/regions
* Prior experience and interactions with reimbursement authorities and health technology assessment authorities is a plus.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills and strategic leadership skills are required.
* A doctoral degree in related fields such as medicine, pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics/econometrics, statistics, public health policy, will be a plus and a minimum of 5 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in outcomes research or five years experience with health services research is required.
