RESPONSIBILITIES
Development of user interfaces for microbial genome and metagenome data management systems. This position will report to the BDMTC Data Analysis Tools Group Lead.
Work under guidance of senior BDMTC scientists and software engineers on:
- Work as part of a team to develop user interfaces for microbial genome and metagenome data management systems.
- Develop, implement and maintain Web based User Interfaces for the Integrated Microbial Genome (IMG) and Human Microbiome Project (HMP) Catalog.
- Exercise independent judgment and select appropriate solutions.
