    License

Sorry to post on this forum, but the phplapware forum is closed to new registrations. My question is about your license, is there any particular reason why LGPL v3 was chosen in preference to LGPL v2.1 as v3 will exclude projects that are currently on GPL v2 only (or later) from using the latest version of htmLawed without upgrading to GNU v3 which isn't always possible. http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#gpl-compat-matrix

htmLawed is now dual licensed under LGPL 3 and GPL 2 (or later). See http://www.bioinformatics.org/phplabware/forum/viewtopic.php?id=207.
