PBC'05, Workshop on PARALLEL BIO-COMPUTING
LOCALE: Poznan, Poland
DATES: September 11-14, 2005

IMPORTANT DATES:
Submission of Papers: April 1, 2005
Notification of Acceptance: May 16, 2005
Conference: September 11-14, 2005
Camera-Ready Papers: October 31, 2005

We are pleased to announce that the submission system is now open. You can submit your paper using following link:

The goal of the PBC'05 Workshop is to present the latest research in high-performance computing applied to bioinformatics. Topics of interest include but are not limited to:

- Bioinformatic databases
- Computational genomics and proteomics
- DNA assembly, clustering, and mapping
- Parallel algorithms for biological analysis
- Parallel architectures for biological applications
- System tools that support large scale high-performance bio-computing,
- Molecular sequence analysis
- Phylogeny reconstruction algorithms
- Protein structure prediction and modeling

The PBC Workshop will be held in conjunction with the Sixth International Conference on Parallel Processing and Applied Mathematics PPAM 2005, Poznan, Poland, September 11-14, 2005 (http://ppam.pcz.pl).

HI, I think the submission dates are wrong. It says 30th of April for paper submission.
