    too expensive :(
Submitted by Giovanni M. Dall'Olio; posted on Tuesday, December 19, 2006
I think it's really too expensive, 199 euro for a 4-days course about the very basics of perl and R. You can find good tutorials for free in the net for these, or you can simply read the docs which came with this program when you download them.

Submitter Actually, it's 199 USD, which works out to about 150 EUR. The price is similar to other science workshops (the examples given use biological data), for which people could still download documentation. And it is 5 days long, not 4.
