Preliminary notes on steps for making a new tutorial in JTAT.

Directory and File Structure:

Window Title: Edit the file js4all/window_title.js to specify
a short name for your tutorial. This will be the name of the window
when your tutorial is displayed. The window name appears at the top of the
browser window, in the browser tab showing the document, and on the
tutorial's button in the Windows Taskbar.

Copyright Holder and License: Edit the file js4all/license.js to specify
the copyright holder, and the license you wish to apply to your tutorial.

Molecule atomic coordinate files: Put all the PDB files needed by your
tutorial in the directory molecules4all.

Molecule PDB codes and names: Edit the file js4all/molecules.js to give the number
of molecules (in the direcgtory  molecules4all), their PDB codes and
descriptions. This information appears at the lower right, in the
"How To ..." section, beneath the contents, and beneath the view
buttons in every chapter.
