Using the Jmol Scripts:
Please see http://bioinformatics.org/jmol-tutorials/jtat/_docs/jtatdocs.htm
PDB files obtained after August 1, 2007 are "remediated". Among
other things, DNA bases are named DA, DC, DG, DT whereas A, C, G, and U
are reserved for RNA. The .spt files here have been updated to
reflect this.
Be sure to select the relevant moieties before running the coloring
scripts. Each script colors only the previously selected atoms!

Using the Style Sheet:
This style sheet in drums.css is a convenient way to apply DRuMS
colors to HTML text.
These styles are already available within JTAT due to this line provided
in the contents.htm and chapter.htm files:
To apply the colors to specific text blocks, use . For example:
Carbon
should color the word Carbon in gray. The color is defined by the
"c" class in the drums.css file. Here is another example:
Lysine, Arginine
Look in the .css file to see the name of each class; they are
fairly intuitive. For an element, the class name matches the
standard chemical abbreviation for that element.
