Many people are interested in looking at structural data, but don't have all the necessary tools at their fingertips. Our first project is to create a server that takes two protein structure files containing the same atoms, but in different locations. The server will do a series of linear interpolations between the two locations for every common atom in the two files, and output a file containing the two original structures and the interpolated intermediate structures.
