Reading PeCoP results

Results are displayed in a URL provided by the confirmation email, and in the confirmation page generated after submission to PeCoP. The page generated by PeCoP shown the query sequence displayed for each PSI-BLAST iteration. Each position in each iteration has a color designating its information content for that iteration. The consensus sequence has positions colored only if they are considered conserved by the final position status scheme provided by the user (see earlier). Additionally, the PSI-BLAST results themselves are provided, and each iteration may be accessed individually.

Note that there is no information content information for the last iteration, as PSI-BLAST does not generate a matrix in the last iteration. That's why, given n iterations by the user, only n-1 colored sequences will be shown.
