Large scale genome Visualization methods: I have invented two visualization methods DHPC and BSDT for large-scale genome sequence. DHPC is to visualize the local detail characters, and BSDT id to visualize base skew and its changing rules. More details can be seen in my personal web site http://www.hpcurve.com.
