Topic: htmLawed's first public release: version 1.0 really a beta

htmLawed has been released as version 1.0. This is htmLawed's first public release, and so it should be considered a beta release.

Though htmLawed has been extensively tested, the testing has been in only one type of environment (Win XP SP2 / WAMP [PHP 5.2.3] / IE 6-7 / FF 2), and with a limited though high number of test cases. Then there is the complexity of HTML, the many configurable parameters of htmLawed, and the expectations & practices of users.

But, with public participation, important bugs, speed blocks, and missing features, and missed or mis-documentation, should soon be pointed out, making the next or so release of htmLawed deployment-ready.

htmLawed, now at version 1.0.2, has been in the open for more than a 100 days, and may no longer be considered a beta.
