htmLawed 1.1.7 allows 'deny_attribute' over-ride, 'style' check bypass

The new htmLawed release (1.1.7) now allows one to over-ride 'deny_attribute' effects through '$spec'. Thus, a globally denied attribute can be permitted element-specifically.

There is also a new '$config' parameter, 'style_pass'. If set, htmLawed will not look at 'style' attribute values, allowing admins to have such values handled separately using a custom function defined by 'hook_tag'.
