Problem Loading index.php during install

OK, I re-downloaded the zip file and over wrote the files, and the site comes up fine (both IE & FF).

Oddly, there is, within the zip file, another zip file called 'wiki.zip'. Is this needed?

I am getting a bunch of PHP errors on the index.php page, listed below
