The PHP Labware project aims to develop open-source PHP-based software for day-to-day use by laboratories and research groups. The project has been set up with the support of bioinformatics.org.

* 16 Apr 2012 - version 1.2 of LabWiki released

* 15 Apr 2012 - version 1.7 of OrderSys and version 1.6 of LabStoRe released

* 5 Apr 2012 - htmLawed relicensed under dual LGPL 3 and GPL 2 or later license

* 5 Nov 2011 - version 1.5.4 of LabStoRe, and version 1.6.4 of OrderSys released

* 22 Oct 2011 - version 1.1.10 of htmLawed HTML purifier/filter released

The following three applications are currently available -

* LabStoRe, a laboratory stocks and record inventory management system using MySQL

* OrderSys, a purchase ordering system using MySQL

* LabWiki, a textfile-based wiki system based on David Barrett's QwikiWiki

These applications are released under the terms of the GPL license.
