[BiO BB] Windows (XP) sequence analysis software

I have used PHRAP, ClustalW, ClustalX, BLAST, Hmmer, seqweb, The Vector NTI 
suite, Jellyfish, DNAstar, DeCypher, and HMMpro on windows, as well as many 
others that I have probably forgotten.
