[BiO BB] Help --- Signal pathway tools/databases

Dear group,

I am in an attempt to search for all the genes which are possibly
up-regulated by E2F transcript factor. Could anyone suggest any relevant
data mining tools or databases.
http://wwwmgs.bionet.nsc.ru/mgs/programs/freq/e2f_freq.html seems a cool
tool to predict E2F transcription factor binding DNA-site. But it is a kind
of hard to understand the outcomes. Does anybody have experience with it?
