Christian,

There is a direct link from PDB ID to SWISSPROT ID:

>From the PDB page, click "Sequence Details" on the left-hand side, which
brings you to a "Tabular Overview", in the end of the table, a DBREF column
contains the SWISSPROT links for the given protein(s).
