Hi Jugal,

B: aspartic acid / asparagine
Z: glutamic acid / glutamine
X: unknown residue
*: anything which is not in {ABCDEFGHIKLMNPQRSTVWXYZ}. Alternatively, it
might be the "translation" of an end codon.
