[BiO BB] Protein domain

Hi,

I just want to know that how will you distinguish between a structural and
functional domain of a protein? In other words, what is structural domain
and functional domain? I think from SCOP, CATH type of databases, we can
get the information about structural domains. If I am right, then where
from can we get the information about functional domain of a protein?
