[BiO BB] collecting all genes with a given GO id or its child terms

Hi,

Maybe somebody on the list could point me in the right direction?

I'm looking for something that takes a list of GO ids and then returns
a list of all Arabidopsis 'AGI' codes (gene ids, e.g., AT4G30490 )
that have been annotated with a GO id on the list and/or the child
term of any GO term on the list.
