[BiO BB] Learning R

Hi, 
	I am interested in learning R. I probably won't be using it a
great deal, but it useful to know more about so that I can better
understand what it is, how it is used and so forth. Does anyone know of
any good books, web sites, online courses, or even short courses, which
teach R for bioinformatics?
