This new Wellcome Trust Advanced Course will provide a comprehensive
overview of exome sequencing, also known as pulldown, sequence capture and
targeted sequencing. Participants will gain practical laboratory experience
as well as training in downstream data analysis, interpretation and
validation.

The course is subsidised by the Wellcome Trust and limited bursaries
covering up to 50% of the course fee are available (awarded on merit).
Course applications and bursary requests must be received by *Friday 25

   - DNA library preparation
   - Sequence capture

   - Protein impact analysis
   - Case/control analysis
   - Rare SNP discovery
   - Copy number variation

speakers.
