Hi all,

 	Iam Ashis Mathew doing Final year computer Science Engineering 
in Computer Science and trying to pursue higher education 
BioInformatics.So I would like to do a major project in 
Bioinformatics
for my final semester in GNU/Linux platform.

Can anyone of you suggest me a good idea by which i can start off 
?
I want to build a software application which can help the 
biological research community as a whole.

 		It would be of immense help if anyone of u can provide me with 
the necessary guidance .
