<DIV>              i am a graduate student doing my final year b.tech at sree vidyaniketan engg college in computer science.</DIV>

<DIV>for my project work(in final semester)....i have chosen this field and selected "protein sequence analysis" as the title for my project.</DIV>

<DIV>in this-- i planning to build a simple database of protein sequences(a simple prototype database) and i am writing my own tool for the sequence analysis</DIV>
<DIV>( a simple but useful one)</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>and in this tool.......</DIV>
<DIV>       i am planning to use dynamic programming method for finding the related proteins and then i am also plotting the dot matrix showing the similarity along with the info regarding the proteins for seqs having more than 20% seq similarity(ie.above twilight zone) .</DIV>
<DIV>and after that i am also planning to perform phylogenetic analysis on the result dataset of my own tool(for this i have downloaded PHYLIP).</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>and after that i am also planning to do protein structure prediction and for this i am planning to use RASMOL.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>for converting one database format to another i am going to useREADSEQ.</DIV>
<DIV> </DIV>
<DIV>so................i am requesting you all to please help me in this project work and send me your valuable suggestions and opinions about my project.......i will be eagerly waiting for your reply........................................and also i hope i can get response to my msg as soon as possible.</DIV>
