I am trying to analyze the splicing of a gen, I mean, if the gen I am

studying suffer alternative splicing. I wonder if there are a program

able to do that. I have a mRNA sequence, but I think could be another

spliced forms.<br><br>

About the promoter I have the 5' region of the gen, and I am looking for

a potential regulatory region.<br><br>

Could you halp me with ideeas about how to do this?<br><br>
