<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman">But for calculating the expectation value we know that there are two constanats, k and lambda.(E= kmn e^-lambda *s, where m and n are the lengths of sequences)

<p class="MsoNormal" style="MARGIN: 0in 0in 0pt"><font face="Times New Roman">Now I want to know how to calculate the value of k and lambda.</font></p>
