We are beginning to install Bio-Linux6 on several 'development' NBX's as part of our agreement with you to collaborate on the development of Bio-Linux. NuGO have also funded the development of a Eucalyptus-based 'private' NBX cloud at RINH, on which we will run an NBX AMI derived from your JVCI/NEBC Cloud-Bio-Linux AMI. Matthew Lange at UC Davis is also building a Eucalyptus cluster to run bioinformatics software on for his NuGO/FDA work.
