Yes, it probably needs a cleanup, but I'm not losing any sleep over it.
The system that builds the image was scripted up by Stewart for BL5 as
the inbuilt remastering system was not up to snuff.  It just shoves all
installed packages into the manifest.  Now with "remastersys" being more
mature we should probably move to using that.
