Hi Dawn,
Usually the web site but it varies - the web site is especially useful if I am away from my machine or I wish to direct others to the documentation.
Best Wishes,
Simon

Subject: [Bio-Linux] best way to present software documentation
Quick question to all users of Bio-Linux from NEBC:
How many of you make use of the web interface for looking at documentation from software installed in Bio-Linux found on this NEBC webpage?
http://nebc.nox.ac.uk/bioinformatics/
Do you use the central version on the NEBC website or the local copy on your machine?
Internally we are also looking at web hits.
many thanks,
Dawn
