[Bio-Linux] Fresh install - partitioning?

Hello,

New Bio-Linux user here.  We are getting ready to install v.8 on a Dell
PowerEdge server and wondering if we need to manually create root, home,
boot and swap partitions.  If we go with the default option, what
partitions are created?

We would appreciate any feedback on this matter.
