[Bio-Linux] Expired key warning when updating packages

Hi All,

You might see an error today about an expired signing key when updating
packages on the system.  This only pertains to the R core updates and
the error should resolve itself after you upgrade to the latest version
of the "bio-linux-keyring" package, to which I have just added an
updated key file.  So in other words, there is nothing to worry about.
