Hi, Pablo.

I've copied my reply to the Bio-linux mailing list in case anyone else
has encountered the same problem.

Which version of Bio-Linux did you download?

It looks like you downloaded Bio-Linux 8.0.7.

Please download the latest Bio-Linux 8.0.8 from:

The version of Bio-Linux 8.0.7 available on the NERC website is now out
of date and should no longer be used. However, if you want to fix the
problems in an installed version of Bio-Linux 8.0.7, you need to edit
the APT sources and add a couple of GPG keys:

Please post a message to the Bio-linux mailing list to let us know how
you get on?

Thanks,

  Tony.
