Hi Tim,

Thanks. Is it a better strategy to upgrade the Ubuntu install from 12.04 to 14.04 and then convert to Bio-Linux, or better to convert to Bio-Linux and then upgrade from Bio-Linux 7 to Bio-Linux 8?

Thanks,
Andor
Hi Andor,
8.6 GB is the unpacked size. You'll need a little more that that in
reality but 30GB is plenty assuming you have another disk to store your
big data files.
Cheers,
TIM
