What should I do now?<br><br>Hi, Ramen.<br><br>First thing is to make sure there is not a key stuck down on your<br>keyboard: Switch your laptop off, turn it upside down and bang all the<br>keys to see if anything falls out. Quite often, keys get stuck down and<br>then auto-repeat. It's possible that one of the [F]unction keys is<br>sticking, and pressing "Esc" along the top row might very well release it.<br><br>If that is not the problem, boot your laptop from a Bio-Linux USB-stick.<br>If you get the same symptoms, then it's likely to be a hardware fault on<br>your laptop: Keyboards are readily available for most types of laptop<br>and are not difficult to fit.
